What happens when you put 40 or more squealing business women in a room with two sales rock stars? Sparks fly – that’s what!
If you didn’t notice how much brighter the world got last week, then you must not have known we were all at Kim Duke’s brainchild program, High Speed Stiletto Sales Camp, which she brought to Dallas (in 100 degree heat). God bless Kim for trekking from Canada to Texas to help women from all industries heat up sales until they sizzle.
Special guest, Debbie Mrazek, founder and principal of The Sales Company inspired and structured the sales process, and gave all of us LOTS to THINK about as she challenged us to ACCOUNT for all of our 168 hours in a week! Whew, that is one that will throw you for a loop!
I enjoyed meeting so many wonderful, heart-centered ladies, and also loved the creative jar that came with the day. If you have had a POOPY ATTITUDE about business, then DO something to shift it!
If you missed it, then Kim has a home study course you can pick up right away (only 6 months left of 2009). Debbie has her own home study course pick up the book plus 12 e-manuals and you’ll find you are swiftly on the track to HIGH SALES.
Okay, so I can’t resist cute, sweet graphics. had to share this Firefly Frenzy sale circular – it is so cute!
I went to Jo-Ann’s last Saturday to get some candles (remember my anniversary post where I decided to get candles here instead of trekking halfway across Texas to get my favs?) Anyway, I love Jo-Ann’s for many reasons, but two come to mind: Number ONE – $1 aisle of all things yummy and glittery and papery, and Number TWO – coupons and sales! If you sign-up for Jo-Ann’s email coupons (and sometimes you can get the circular in the store too), you will get 40% off and 50% off coupons each week for one regularly priced item – SA-WEET!
For those of you who don’t know, Jo-Ann’s is a hobby/craft/fabric store with everything glittery, shimmery and scrumptious for making wonderful things!
Oh, and I love buying craft books by my FAVORITE artists, people like Kelly Rae Roberts – LOVE HER, and you can use the coupons for books, too. Last week, they moved the books so not sure if they are still carrying as many, but they still have the Stampington & Company magazines, and such.
