Last night, I read several more pages of Robert Moss’s Conscious Dreaming. I have been reading a few pages each night (more or less) of this delicious book.
In the pages last night, he talked about psychic cords and how it is important to unplug from others. He talked about dreams being messengers that tell us that something is going on at a psychic level. If you find yourself dreaming of something that is trying to suck the life out of you – take note!
The holidays have a way of amplifying whatever we have going on – light and dark. One of the greatest lessons I believe we will ever learn is how to be One while still being ourselves. My show from November 18 gives specifics on how to address cutting psychic cords and other holiday tips for having fun with the family (and sometimes despite the family).
Last night, Mark woke in the middle of the night to find an apparition standing in our bedroom. Rico has been really spooked the last several weeks and though I didn’t notice anything (which isn’t surprising since I left the discarnate frequency behind years ago and only visit that level when duty calls), I figured it was probably a passing spirit.
Mark said that as soon as he woke, the spirit disappeared. Though it seems innocuous enough, I will be asking for some help from the Angelic realm for this!
And, it reminded me to share with all of you. Just remember that during the holidays with drinking and such…you can attract in all kinds of spiritual beings.
Be sure to ask for divine safety and ask Archangel Michael to watch over you as you travel about – local and far away – during the holiday! Always great to travel with the angels.
The ancient Angels Bridge leads across the Tiber River towards the St Angel Castle in Rome, Italy.
Late afternoon light on the angels bridge leading to angels castle, Rome Italy. The castle was an old fortress during the medieval times and was renamed angels castle after the Archangel Michael was seen on the top signaling the end of the plague in Rome.

I’ve always felt that we act as angels for each other. The question is are we accepting our job at various times! A friend sent this to me and I felt it so beautifully described this… enjoy!
Breakfast at McDonald’s
This is a good story and is true, please read it all the way through until the end! (After the story, there are some very interesting facts!):
I am a mother of three (ages 14, 12, 3) and have recently completed my college degree.
The last class I had to take was Sociology.
The teacher was absolutely inspiring with the qualities that I wish every human being had been graced with. Her last project of the term was called, ‘Smile.’
The class was asked to go out and smile at three people and document their reactions. I am a very friendly person and always smile at everyone and say hello anyway. So, I thought this would be a piece of cake,
literally.
Soon after we were assigned the project, my husband, youngest son, and I went out to McDonald’s one crisp March morning. It was just our way of sharing special playtime with our son.
We were standing in line, waiting to be served, when all of a sudden everyone around us began to back away, and then even my husband did.
I did not move an inch… an overwhelming feeling of panic welled up inside of me as I turned to see why they had moved. As I turned around I smelled a horrible ‘dirty body’ smell, and there standing behind me were two poor homeless men.
As I looked down at the short gentleman, close to me, he was ‘smiling’ His beautiful sky blue eyes were full of God’s Light as he searched for acceptance……
He said, ‘Good day’ as he counted the few coins he had been clutching..
The second man fumbled with his hands as he stood behind his friend. I realized the second man was mentally challenged and the blue-eyed gentleman was his salvation. I held my tears as I stood there with them.
The young lady at the counter asked him what they wanted. He said, ‘Coffee is all Miss’ because that was all they could afford. (If they wanted to sit in the restaurant and warm up, they had to buy something. He just wanted to be warm).
Then I really felt it – the compulsion was so great I almost reached out and embraced the little man with the blue eyes. That is when I noticed all eyes in the restaurant were set on me, judging my every action. I smiled and asked the young lady behind the counter to give me two more breakfast meals on a separate tray. I then walked around the corner to the table that the men had chosen as a resting spot. I put the tray on the table and laid my hand on the blue-eyed gentleman’s cold hand. He looked up at me, with tears in his eyes, and said, ‘Thank you.’ I leaned over, began to pat his hand and said, ‘I did not do this for you. God is here working through me to give you hope.’ I started to cry as I walked away to join my husband and son.
When I sat down my husband smiled at me and said, ‘That is why God gave you to me, Honey, to give me hope.’ We held hands for a moment and at that time, we knew that only because of the Grace that we had been given were we able to give. We are not church goers, but we are believers. That day showed me the pure Light of God’s sweet love.
I returned to college, on the last evening of class, with this story in hand. I turned in ‘my project’ and the instructor read it. Then she looked up at me and said, ‘May I share this?’ I slowly nodded as she got the attention of the class. She began to read and that is when I knew that we as human beings and being part of God share this need to heal people and to be healed.
In my own way I had touched the people at McDonald’s, my son,the instructor, and every soul that shared the classroom on the last night I spent as a college student.
I graduated with one of the biggest lessons I would ever learn:
UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE.
Much love and compassion is sent to each and every person who may read this and learn how to LOVE PEOPLE AND USE THINGS -
NOT LOVE THINGS AND USE PEOPLE.

Yesterday I spoke at a local entrepreneur’s gathering. When Mark and I walked in, I wasn’t sure we had the right place. There literally was no one in the restaurant except for the staff. The meeting organizer was not there, just us.
So, we sat down and started talking. Before we arrived, I was concerned. I didn’t know exactly what to expect. I wanted to do my best, but had not heard back from the meeting organizer. Mark told me it would be great.
And it was.
A few minutes later, two women walked in. Followed by another. Then a gentleman. Our party was complete save for the meeting organizer. As veteran business people, we started networking, sharing tips and info. What lovely group of people!
Shortly, our meeting organizers walked in and we got under way.
My topic was about going bigger, going bolder for the rest of 2009. Join us at www.rapidsuccesspartners.com – look for the experiment.
Anyway… we had a lively conversation with our intimate group. The organizer apologized for the small group… yet I didn’t care. I enjoyed the experience so very much. I shared from my heart the messages that I have to give. And I realized as I felt pulled to one of the women in particular that angels are always watching over us.
We only need to step…and step again…knowing that we are guided in all things.
I’ll share more about the story as it unfolds.
When Mark and I left, I said to him… I just want people to know they aren’t alone. That they can do anything and they don’t have to do it alone. I just want them to know that God answers ALL prayers and that divine support is a whisper away. I hope you know that and that you talk with your divine team today.

Once upon a time I lived in a house with a woman who was CRAZY about art and creating lively, cool things.
She made the MOST WONDERFUL Halloween costumes (surely the reason why Halloween is one of my MOST FAVORITE holidays – and it IS a holiday – of the year). Her costumes were elaborate and full of imagination.
She made wild, crazy art in her 30s, and into her 40s. THEN, (insert tire screeching sound), in her 50s, she decided ‘enough’ with this stuff I LOVE to create. I’m going to follow the money train.
Soon, this artistic woman’s body began to break down. Her heart lost its vibrancy. She couldn’t sleep. And bears (yes, bears…like the big grizzly bear kind) started coming to her right before she would close her eyes to go to sleep each night.
Bear energy is all about the inner dreamland. Bear comes when we need to go inside again.
Night after night she would blink her eyes praying that big ol’ bear head would GO AWAY! AAAAaaaaaah! She would pull the covers up over her head and then peek outside and there it was – still hanging over her looking at her.
One night she said, “What do you want?”
And the bear said, “I want to invite you to dream again.”
That’s when the artist began dreaming again, and she began to play again with her art and she danced with the ideas in her head and made many wonderful creations that touched the lives of the people she met.
What’s the moral of the story?
Follow your art… not the money.
The money follows your art and your art comes from your heart.
P.S. This is based on a very TRUE story. Bear and all…
Some of my favorite heavenly artists…HEAVENLY!
