I don't know about you, but I've lost and gained those same 40 or 50 pounds enough times over my lifetime to equal at least ten people. We don't need to gain it again. Do we? Instead of losing it and finding it, losing it and finding it - the pattern that we've always followed - let's agree to change our pattern, knowing that we have gained enough now, and it's time to permanently remove the excess. Food is NOT the main course. Let's agree to do our absolute best to look at weight loss with a new point of view. Instead of focusing on the food, let's focus on the real issues - our thoughts, our feelings, and our belief systems.
