Lori Bell, one of our Hearts of Fire attendees, shared this beautiful, spirited poem with us. She has an amazing heart for all things mother nature. I asked her if I could share it with all of you, and she said yes… Enjoy!
Mirror, mirror of my soul,
please tell me what I need to know…
I look outward my soul so wise,
now I see though the lies…
the anger, resentment and the shame,
was mirrored back to me, I was to blame…
the lesson I’ve learned, I now hold so dear,
my heart, my mirror, is so clear…
so now I open my heart so wide,
where none of “those” energies can hide…
I see myself in one and all,
there is so much beauty, it puts out a call…
to pull to me what I need right now,
to grow and love, now I know how…
it’s always been there, what a relief,
I’m a bright light! This is my belief!!!
To all those Pioneer Women, who love like an ox,
together we all say, “f**k the Box!”
Love,
Lori Bell J
P.S. I LOVE her first-aid ointment…it is the BEST for super dry skin.
How People Find Us.

Ooooh, I love to meditate.
Do you?
To me, it is like slipping into a silky, sparkly, shiny space to be with God and the messengers and to see me in all I am too.
Meditating frees up space, allows us to create from a centered space, and is a beautiful gift we can give to ourselves (from ourselves).
I love Kelly Howell’s CDs for people who have busy minds. I remember when I first started how THANKFUL I was to have something for my ‘mind’ to ‘do’… guided meditations do that wonderfully well!
Some people say prayer is talking and meditating is listening to God. I believe meditating is both. I often talk and listen all at the same time. It is my sacred space to commune with the greater consciousness of All That Is.
If you have let your meditation practice slide… please give yourself the gift of you again. Spend time with your precious soul…then share it with others.

Hi all… wow, what an amazing evening under the stars tonight as we all played with our intuition on Queen of Dreams radio! Beautiful messages came through, and I have so much love in my heart for the messengers tonight who were with us! Thank you!
We will DEFINITELY have to do this again – what a fun, fun time (and I’m not just saying that because I got such WONDERFUL feedback)!
I’m so proud of all of you who played with us and played big!

Do you have a dream? Been playing small? This theme of playing small is one I’ve been seeing with a LOT of people these days – Eeeek! I’m wondering if I’m playing a bit too small too?
I happened upon this video and was struck by how MUCH we can learn from Susan.
First, Simon asks her what has kept her from singing before now (she’s 47). She says, “I haven’t been given the chance.” Hmmmm, is this true? Or has it just not been the right time for her? What is for you? Trust me, I’m asking myself these as I ask them here!
I’ll put my own answers in italics… I haven’t been ready.
Second, she begins to go into her head…thinking…she trips up her speaking, and people really begin to think she is going to be bad – ever notice that happening? You go into ‘thinking’ or ‘trying’ mode and it backfires on you?
Uh, yes, like EVERY TIME! I’ve finally figured out that no one wants to see, hear, experience my ego… they want ME.
Third, she runs off energy by moving a bit and going into her protection zone… seems like it is probably humor. The audience responds with MORE distaste.
My protection zone used to be more information… just give more information, that will get us out of here. Now, it is my breath…no hurry, just breathe.
Fourth, she begins to center… answering what her TRUE DREAM is… to be a singer like Elaine Paige. This links her to her TRUTH. How do we leave our dream by the wayside when we feel judged? Or when people seem to not ‘understand us’?
At some point, I figured out, what difference does it make? I can either say what I want now and not endure the pain of ‘woulda,’ ‘coulda,’ ‘shoulda.’ Or I could endure the pain of being misunderstood. Either way, it felt painful and by going with what I wanted to speak in the moment, I found that wonderful things happened!
Fifth…she sings from her heart…from her soul…with all she has. And gets the gift that comes from that. How many of us would have buckled under an entire audience of people laughing? Going into the ego of feeling bad?
When you’ve got the goods, you know it. If you don’t feel like you’ve got the goods yet, keep going. Keep reaching for your dream. Soon enough, you’ll have them – more like you’ll be consciously connected to them – because you’ve always had them! And, when you know it, go with it! I’m really KNOWING it… and it feels great!
What is your dream? Your BIG, BIG, BIG dream that you hold inside? Let it out… share it with us… tell us… and let us also ENERGIZE your DREAM!

As someone who has dealt with intuition from a very early age, and being a medium, which is a whole other adventure in the world of the afterlife, I am passionate about helping the kids of today live with their gifts and love them too (all while loving who God created them to be).
Caron Goode and Tara Paterson have a book coming out VERY SOON called Raising Intuitive Kids. I just got a SNEAK PEAK and am SO EXCITED to share with you this book that is a cornucopia of wisdom, truth, empowerment for both children who are intuitive and also their parents.
Their blog shines the light on so many areas of intuitive parenting. Go there to get a free chapter of the book, too.
In my life there is not much I would go back and change, but one thing I would, if I could, is for my mom to have understood what was going on with me. I lived paralyzed in fear most of my childhood at night…feeling the ‘stuff’ around me, and praying that ‘everything’ would be okay.
I’ve talked to other intuitive kids who are now in their 30s and 40s and a lot of us slept with parents, grandparents and siblings until we were well into our late teens. As crazy as that might sound, I feel it is important to share that this is REAL. And, a little bit of understanding goes a long, long way in the lives of intuitive children.
When I think of the clients I’ve worked with, those who are so very empathic and intuitive, who not only connect to what is around them, but connect to the energy around them, too, I find that a warrior spirit within me comes up to shout to the mountaintops that these children are completely normal…the way God made them… and gifted only because they have maintained such a strong connection to their Creator.
If you have a child who ‘sees’ things or ‘feels’ things, please, please, please consider reading this book, others such as The Wise Child or Intuitive Spark by Sonia Choquette, or check out A&E’s program, Psychic Children.
For a long time, I felt like my gifts were a curse. I was told by people outside of my family that it wasn’t ‘right,’ that people who can ‘see’ things are evil, and now, as I work with Jesus, Mother Mary, and so many other Divine Messengers, I realize that there is SO MUCH we do not know and understand. That our world is SO MUCH BIGGER than we realize, and that we all are SO MUCH more powerful than we can comprehend.
